Our invention, a three levels of containment workbench with adjustable gas tensions, is a unique construction that at the same time provides safe handling of the most dangerous biologic material and provides maximum protection of handled material against contamination from the outside.
Furthermore, the w.w. patented invention sets new standards for in vitro work at a physiological gaseous atmosphere. Gas tensions, temperature and humidity can be set at will and is continuously monitored and recorded. -
It can serve as a highly protected environment for correct cultivating of uncontaminated cells intended for, from basic cellular and microbiological research to transplantation to humans of e.g. in vitro fertilized eggs. The tendency at present in clean room technology is in the direction from large complex clean rooms where the operators work in “space suits” towards small units where a higher cleanness and stability can be achieved. Our invention is a unique solution for a safe clean room.
 The whole procedure from seeding the cells, growing, handling, manipulating, analyzing can be done in a closed clean, predefined atmosphere and at very low gas expenses. The advanced data controlling system of the box allows you reproducibility; to study the influence of preset timed variations in the concentration of e.g. oxygen or other gases in the atmosphere during an investigation or during an analysis.  
The data logging system produces constant monitoring and traceability of the different relevant parameters. Thereby, during the whole procedure it is possible to have an optimal quality assessment by means of a precise data logging, documentation and monitoring of the experiment, with reference to the atmosphere, temperature, cleanness under which you have handled your biological material. Our system contains in addition an inbuilt decontamination facility that can be adjusted to specific needs.
 The instrument therefore can serve as an inexpensive upgrading of safety levels in laboratories and as a mobile safe sampler/container in case of bio-alarms. It can as mentioned serve as a highly protected environment for correct cultivating of uncontaminated cells intended for transplantation to humans e.g. in vitro fertilized eggs.
